When the owners of 1241 Lynn Way decided it was time for their next chapter after more than 20 years in the home, they faced a question many Silicon Valley homeowners encounter:

The Transformation

Fireplace

The original brick fireplace felt visually heavy and dated.

By replacing it with a smooth plaster finish and cleaner lines, the living room immediately felt brighter, more spacious, and more aligned with today's design preferences.

Kitchen

Rather than replacing perfectly functional cabinetry, we strategically refreshed the kitchen with updated finishes, hardware, backsplash, and countertops.

The result was a kitchen that felt modern and move-in ready while avoiding unnecessary costs.

Dining Room

A new statement chandelier helped define the dining area and create a stronger focal point within the open-concept living space.

Primary Bathroom

The primary bathroom was transformed with updated finishes, a lighter palette, and spa-inspired details that elevated the overall experience of the primary suite.

 

The goal was to create a space that felt calm, timeless, and luxurious without over-improving.
