Kicking off 2024, it’s been nothing short of an adventure in the real estate world. From uncovering hidden residential gems to navigating the exciting off-market scene, we’ve been busy – and loving every minute of it. Most importantly, we’re grateful for the warm support from all corners of our community.
These first two months alone, we've already wrapped up transactions on 18 incredible properties. Breaking it down, we’ve championed 12 buyers and facilitated 6 sales. Among these, a special note goes to the 4 off-market deals. It's a gentle reminder of the beautiful connections we've nurtured over the years.
