Week after week, we reviewed listings and explored options, but none fully captured what he needed—especially when it came to layout, condition, and ceiling height (a personal must-have). While we didn’t settle, we also didn’t stop searching.

Last month, through one of my private channels, I was alerted to a home that hadn’t hit the public market yet. From the initial walkthrough, I knew this could be the one.

The day after we closed, I introduced the client to an architect to begin planning a $300K renovation—focused on targeted upgrades to align the home even more closely with his lifestyle and preferences.
