Feeling Grateful, Humbled, and Proud ✨

This week, something pretty incredible happened—I found out I’ve been ranked #154 on RealTrends’ The Thousand list, a national ranking of top-performing real estate agents in the U.S. based on 2024 transaction values. Out of thousands of agents, to land in the top 200 feels surreal… and honestly, a little emotional.

This is one of the most respected lists in the real estate industry—ranked purely by hard numbers: transaction volume and dollar value over the past year. I’m honored to have placed #154 nationwide, with 58 listings and $127 million in closed volume.

When my office manager texted to congratulate me, I was… calm. Having hovered in the top 200 for a few years now, the number itself doesn’t stir me the way it once did.

I still remember the thrill of making the list for the first time back in 2016—#249. I eventually climbed to #180, then #151, and one year even hit #131. So yes, #154 feels steady, and I’ll take it with a smile.

But what this number really means to me is this: it’s proof that what we’re building is working—one home, one family, one transformation at a time.

It’s About People, Not Just Property

Real estate to me is never just about a transaction. Once I hear what a client needs, it stays with me. Every time I see a new home hit the market, my mind automatically sifts through the people I know and thinks: “Who might this be right for?”

Years in the Bay Area have taught me how nuanced each client’s situation can be. I’ve never thought of myself as a “salesperson.” I see myself more as an advisor—someone who puts your life, your plans, and your real needs first.

Sometimes, a home looks gorgeous, but when I dig into the location, condition, or potential for appreciation, I realize it’s not truly in a client’s best interest. I’ve never been afraid to advise walking away. Could I have closed the deal? Sure. But then I’d lie awake at night thinking about that one thing I knew wasn’t quite right.

The real win isn’t the deal. It’s the moment—years later—when a client tells me: “I’m so glad I listened to you.”

And that’s why so many clients come back for their second, third, even fourth home with me. One joked: “You’re not allowed to retire until you help my kid buy a house!”

Designing with Purpose: It’s All in the Details

Getting a home ready for sale isn’t just about paint and polish. And it’s definitely not about gutting everything blindly.

We treat every project with strategy and heart. Every upgrade is intentional, based on the property’s unique strengths, its likely buyer pool, and the owner’s budget. It’s about doing more with less—targeting the updates that will truly boost appeal and return.

We’ve had so many late nights—sometimes past midnight—debating layout tweaks or trimming down the budget without compromising the vision. That’s the level of care we bring to every home.

This Is Our Edge

Here’s what truly sets us apart: we offer a full-service experience—from design and renovation to project management and marketing—that few agents can match.

We don’t just list homes—we reimagine them. We help our clients see the possibilities, then execute every step to bring that vision to life. Whether it’s a few strategic updates or a top-to-bottom renovation, we manage the entire process. For many of our remote clients, it’s as simple as handing us a key and a credit card.

And the results?

● Outdated homes turned into showpieces

● Thoughtful transformations that drive up value

● Buyers walking into homes that feel custom-made

● Sellers achieving returns 10x to 18x on their renovation investment

None of This Happens Without the Team

Behind every transformation is a group of people who make the impossible look easy.

Our contractors respond instantly when plans change—rain or shine, they show up. Our stagers often leave after dark. And then there are the seasoned craftsmen, the deep cleaners, the photographers, the HVAC and roof technicians—every one of them handpicked, refined through years of collaboration.

Real value is built in the details you don’t see. Our collective mission is simple: To guard every step for our clients, and bring real warmth back into every space.

It’s this quiet diligence, this shared standard of excellence, that has breathed new life into so many older homes—giving them the makeover they deserve, and finding them owners who truly appreciate their beauty.

Client Feedback: The Heart of It All

Every now and then, a message from a client comes through that reminds me exactly why I do what I do. The kind that makes all the late nights, tough calls, and behind-the-scenes problem-solving feel more than worth it.

Messages like that mean more to me than any ranking ever could. Over the past 22 years, the market has had its ups and downs, rankings have come and gone—but what never changes is the privilege of being trusted with someone’s home and hopes. That trust continues to be my biggest motivation, day in and day out.

The journey continues, and I’ll be right here—doing the work, showing up, and striving to honor every bit of trust that’s placed in me.

So grateful for each of you—and so excited for what’s ahead. Let’s keep dreaming, building, and creating something meaningful—together.
