Yvonne Team's Journey: Embracing New Opportunities 2023
2023 has begun in a continuous rainy season in the Bay Area. Looking back at our 2022, it may be like this heavy rain - it brought us harvest and growth, as well as stress and destruction. This year, those of us in the Bay Area have experienced too much, from the surge in the first half of the year, to the stagnation in the middle, and the low period with a hint of hope at the end of the year. Fortunately, I have had loyal clients and friends, as well as team members who worked together with me, allowing me to continue serving everyone throughout this roller coaster-like year. Thank you all for standing by my side.
In 2022, Yvonne's team, with our professional knowledge and rigorous attitude, helped more than 70 families buy and sell properties, with a total transaction volume exceeding $130 million. Although the business volume in 2022 was lower than in 2021 due to force majeure, we actively expanded the breadth of our business and provided customers with comprehensive services in multiple areas. We continued to enhance our service content in terms of depth and breadth.
We added rental services: establishing a dedicated team to handle leasing business, providing a full range of professional services from decoration advice to rental preparation, hosting open houses, and tenant screening.
Our team launched a new ADU project: an independent ADU in the South San Jose area with a separate entrance, fully furnished, and great physical effects, which was successfully rented out at a good price.
We provided decoration and renovation consultation services: we helped customers coordinate decoration services multiple times, and provided corresponding plans and suggestions for both buyers and sellers.
For buyers, we were able to provide timely decoration advice during the property viewing stage, allowing customers to understand the property's potential and confidently make an offer. After the deal was closed, we continued to provide decoration experience and suggestions, as well as a full range of vendor information, to support novice decorators.
For sellers, our goal was to develop the potential of the property to the fullest, while being fast, efficient, and catering to market preferences, and we successfully completed the entire process for customers who were remote and completely hands-off.
We also began two additional construction projects, which are expected to be completed in early and mid-2023. Our main goal is to learn more relevant knowledge and practical operation difficulties during this process, so that we can provide more comprehensive and practical professional opinions for customers in our future business.
In 2023, we will continue to protect our clients' property needs like we have done for the past twenty years, with a diligent and humble attitude, comprehensive and professional business capabilities, and a deep understanding of the various regions of the Bay Area. Your trust and trust are the driving force and perseverance that have kept us going for twenty years
